Meet the future of transportation: the airpod, the car that runs on air.  | The world’s 600 million passenger cars burn billions of cubic feet of fuel per year. We know that, on a long enough time scale, that this is completely unsustainable. Throw in the fact that combustion motors emit pollution that is aiding climate change, and you have a formula for necessary change in the transportation industry.
Enter the AirPod, the creation of Motor Development International in Luxembourg.
It is a modestly priced small vehicle that runs on compressed air only, and whose creators think could be the solution to reduced pollution in urban centers.
Plans to manufacture the vehicle are underway, and a plant is anticipated to open in Hawaii in the near future.
We think this is phenomenal, so check out the video!
